Jordan joined Echo Hawk & Olsen as an associate attorney in December 2020, practicing in a variety of areas with an emphasis on Indian Law. She is Mvskoke (Deer Clan) from the Muscogee (Creek) Nation Reservation in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Jordan received her J.D. with a certificate in Native American Law from the University of Tulsa College of Law and her B.A. in political science from Oklahoma State University. Jordan has represented tribal nations and entities in a variety of forums, and her extensive experience includes sovereignty and jurisdictional issues, tribal lands and trusts, code drafting and revision, gaming, ICWA, family law, economic development, contracting, BIA appeals, and NEPA, NHPA, and NAGPRA litigation.
