Patrick is a native Idahoan and has experience in ERISA trust fund litigation, insurance defense, and real estate litigation, including collection of unpaid benefits, legal-malpractice defense, personal injury defense, lender and service liability defense, wrongful foreclosure defense, fair debt collection practices defense, and title disputes. He also practices in all areas of Indian Law, particularly for the Shoshone-Bannock Tribes of the Ft. Hall Reservation.
Patrick focuses his practice on litigation primarily in the areas of Indian Law, Corporate Disputes, Family Law, and Criminal Defense. He regularly practices in state and federal courts and is admitted to practice in both Nevada and Idaho.
Patrick enjoys cycling, team-roping, and generally any excuse to be in the outdoors and cowboy or spend time with his family.
